At 4BN Offroad & Automotive, we are committed to providing quality workmanship and service.

• All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional faults or required repairs are identified. We will contact you for approval before carrying out any additional chargeable work.

• Payment is due upon completion of repairs or as otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles may be retained until payment has been received, as permitted by law.

• Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from their vehicle before it is left with us. 4BN Offroad & Automotive is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

• Parts supplied may be Genuine, OEM or quality aftermarket parts unless otherwise requested by the customer.

• Repair completion times are estimates only and may be affected by parts availability, supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Modified and off-road vehicles may experience increased component wear. 4BN Offroad & Automotive is not responsible for failures caused by existing modifications, extreme use or components outside our scope of work.

• Customers authorise reasonable road testing where required to diagnose faults or verify repairs.

• Our services are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
